LUNARIS APP - TERMS OF USE

1. Operator and subject matter
The Lunaris app (the "App") is software for personal sleep and relaxation support. It is operated by an independent developer (the "Operator"). These Terms govern your use of the App and related services (e.g. cloud sync if you enable it).

2. License
The Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the App in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).

3. Intellectual property and brand
All content of the App (including the Lunaris name, graphics, text, algorithms, recommendation logic, audio, UI and documentation) is protected by copyright and other rights. Without prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent security measures, except where mandatory law allows.

4. Health and general disclaimer
The App is NOT a medical device or medical service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Information and suggestions are for general wellness and self-tracking only. For health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, interruption of use or other consequences related to your use of the App. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Account and data
Sign-in via Google or Apple and any data sync are subject to the Privacy Policy and the consents you give in the App (e.g. GDPR). You agree to provide accurate information where the App requires it.

7. Changes and future versions
The Operator may change these Terms over time. The latest published wording on this page is the valid one for current and future app versions. Material changes may be communicated in the App (e.g. at launch) and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

PODMINKY UZIVANI APLIKACE LUNARIS

1. Provozovatel a predmet
Aplikace Lunaris (dale "Aplikace") je software pro osobni podporu spanku a relaxace. Provozuje ji nezavisly vyvojar (dale "Provozovatel"). Tyto podminky upravuji pouzivani Aplikace a souvisejicich sluzeb (napr. synchronizace dat pres cloud, pokud ji aktivujes).

2. Licence
Provozovatel ti udeluje osobni, nevyhradni, neprenosnou a neexkluzivni licenci k instalaci a pouzivani Aplikace v souladu s temito podminkami a s pravidly obchodu aplikaci (Apple App Store, Google Play).

3. Dusevni vlastnictvi a ochrana znacky
Veskery obsah Aplikace (nazev Lunaris, grafika, texty, algoritmy, doporucovaci logika, zvuky, uzivatelske rozhrani a dokumentace) je chranen autorskym pravem a dalsimi pravy. Bez predchoziho pisemneho souhlasu Provozovatele nesmis kopirovat, upravovat, distribuovat, zpetne analyzovat, dekompilovat ani obchazet zabezpeceni Aplikace, s vyjimkou pripadu povolenych zakonem.

4. Zdravotni a obecne vylouceni odpovednosti
Aplikace NENI zdravotnickym prostredkem ani lekarskou sluzbou. Neni urcena k diagnostice, lecbe ani prevenci nemoci. Informace a doporuceni v Aplikaci maji charakter obecneho wellness a osobniho sledovani. V pripade zdravotnich obtizi se obrat na kvalifikovaneho lekare nebo jineho odbornika.

5. Omezeni odpovednosti
V rozsahu povolenem platnymi pravnimi predpisy Provozovatel neodpovida za neprime skody, usly zisk, ztratu dat, preruseni nebo jine nasledky souvisejici s pouzivanim Aplikace. Pouzivas Aplikaci na vlastni riziko.

6. Ucet a udaje
Prihlaseni pres Google nebo Apple a pripadna synchronizace dat podlehaji Zasadam ochrany osobnich udaju a zvlastnim souhlasim v Aplikaci (napr. GDPR). Zavazujes se poskytovat pravdive udaje v rozsahu, v jakem je Aplikace vyzaduje.

7. Zmeny podminek a budouci verze
Provozovatel muze tyto podminky prubezne menit. Nejaktualnejsi zneni zverejnene na teto strance je platne pro soucasne i budouci verze aplikace. O podstatne zmene te bude Aplikace informovat (napr. pri spusteni) a muze vyzadat novy souhlas. Pokracovanim v pouzivani po zmene vyjadrujes souhlas s aktualnim znenim.
